Able to internnal communicate in English or French

工作内容 Responsibilities:

- 接听电话或在线回复邮件 Answering customer inquiries by phone and through our online services.

- 帮助引导客户使用网站 Assisting customers navigating our website

- 帮助客人下单 Assist customers with placing orders

- 有良好的态度友好，用语礼貌，耐心解答。 Must have a friendly disposition, polite, and patient on the phone.

- 熟练使用基本办公软件，有良好的团队合作精神，有一定的电话沟通技巧 The ideal candidates must have good telephone and conversation skills, computer knowledge of Excel and Word, a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and feel comfortable multitasking.
